All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
We accept payment by direct deposit and via Shopify Payments (all major credit cards).
We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted.
Currently we do not accept in-store Tennyson Gallery vouchers through the website. If you’d like to use a voucher, please contact us and we will work through the transaction with you.
During July and August, all shipping within New Zealand is free! We will update shipping pricing from September 1st, 2026
Purchases are sent using Aramex, with tracking details we will provide you when your item has been sent. You can expect to receive your purchase in two to five business days, unless we contact you with any stock issues.
If your package is damaged in transit, please let us know as soon as possible (within three days) so we have the best chance at sorting things with the courier. We’ll always do our best to replace or refund your purchase.
We do not currently offer shipping outside New Zealand.
We accept collection rather than delivery if you’re local, and would love to see you at the gallery to pick up your purchase! Items are usually wrapped and ready for you to collect within four hours of purchase.
If you change your mind, or give a gift that doesn’t quite hit the spot, we accept returns for store credit for up to 14 days after purchase, and beyond that, at our discretion. Please contact us or visit us in store with proof of purchase. The item must be in unused condition.
We offer refunds only for faulty items.
We only use the personal information you provide us with to complete your order. Your name, address, email address and contact numbers (or that of a recipient you are purchasing for) will not be shared with any other party.
