hollie o'neill

Holly O’Neill (b. 1977) is a contemporary painter with a talent for capturing the power and beauty of the natural environment. Through growing up in Kerikeri, and now inspired by her home at Waihi Beach, her painting illustrates the essence of New Zealand. O’Neill’s ‘New Zealand Natives’ collection – with its vibrant colours, skilled use of light and juxtaposition of nature and design – gives classic Kiwi imagery and landscapes a unique sense of heightened reality. Combining meticulous brush work with thoughtful compositions, her work reveals distinctive colour and design.

O’Neill’s work is showcased in galleries throughout New Zealand, and is held in both private and corporate collections throughout Australia.
